What You\’ll Be Doing:
Lead & Supervise: Manage a skilled team of structural and mechanical technicians during inspections and wedgetail modifications.

Drive Safety & Standards: Ensure adherence to all maintenance procedures and safety regulations.

Project Coordination: Support seamless execution of the production and modification program.

Technical Leadership: Act as a key liaison for structural and mechanical elements, working closely with Subject Matter Experts.

Report & Communicate: Deliver regular updates to leadership, identifying challenges and recommending solutions.

What We\’re Looking For:
Certifications: CAA/EASA Part 66 B1 License

Aircraft Expertise: Type-rated on Boeing 737NG

Experience: 5+ years in aircraft maintenance, including heavy modification and inspection programs

Skills:

In-depth understanding of aircraft systems

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

Eligibility: Must be able to live and work in the UK and be eligible for UK security vetting
