Director of Investments – Prime Central London Residential

Location: London (Full-Time)

Salary: Market leading + bonus

We’re building a high-performance residential investment platform — and we’re hiring.

Backed by a family office and private investors, we are pursuing a new value-add strategy to acquire residential property in Prime Central London, typically £2–10m lot sizes. Our strategy is simple: flip or enhance, build a quality portfolio, and sell opportunistically.

Your job is to find and deliver great deals.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage deep relationships with agents, receivers, and deal sources
• Source both on- and off-market London residential opportunities
• Appraise deals from scratch
• Run due diligence and coordinate acquisition teams
• Oversee project delivery and consultants post-acquisition
• Work closely with the founders to shape investment strategy
• Build out a team as the platform scales

What you bring

• 5–10 years\’ experience in resi property investment, development or asset management
• Strong local market knowledge and agent network
• Confident with numbers, people, and managing moving parts
• Highly hands-on and self-driven — you make things happen
• Background in a propco, developer or family office preferred
• Significant financial backing and ready to deploy
• You’ll lead deals, not sit on the sidelines
• Clear path to building your own team
• Direct upside for impact — bonus + potential profit share
