Our Financial Services client is seeking a Senior Workday Consultant specializing in Security, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Reporting.
9 month contract to start, possible extension. % remote, must work PST hours. Expected working hours will be part-time, averaging 17.5 hours per week from 8:30AM to 4:30PM, PDT.
Must Have Skills:- Strong understanding of Workday security configuration, management, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Proficiency in developing and managing EIB integrations
- Proficiency in creating calculated field and advanced reports
- Proficiency in updating business processes and condition rules
- Experience with Workday HCM and other Workday modules
- Previous experience working in a similar contractor role
- Workday certification is a plus
- Review, document and audit security groups within the Workday application, including domain security policies, roles, and role assignments
- Provide recommendations for best practice security setup for the organization
- Configure, update and maintain security within the Workday application
- Develop and manage required EIBs to support data integration and automation of processes
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions (reports and EIBs)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday security, EIBs and reports
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday security and EIB functionalities
