They will work closely with the Marketing and Communication Team and stakeholders to develop impactful marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and support business growth. As a Marketing Business Partner, you will: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company priorities, overseeing digital and offline campaigns focusing on brand equity, SEO, content creation, and social media. Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to performance analysis, optimizing PPC, keywords, and content marketing. Create and review content for websites, social media, emails, newsletters, blogs, and marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand voice. Plan and execute internal and external events, managing logistics, budgets, and ROI analysis. Collaborate with sales, management, and external partners to align marketing strategies with business goals. Develop internal communications and engagement strategies, working with teams to measure impact. Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance. Maintain organized records and adhere to team processes for version control and asset management. What does it take? If you’re ready to energize our business, you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in built environment sectors or B2B 6+ years’ experience in marketing roles Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, content, and social media Experience with website/CMS platforms like WordPress, SharePoint, Sitecore Proficient in analytics tools and CRM software such as HubSpot & GA4 Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 Curious about AI tools and practical application An eye for good design, graphics, photography, and film Collaborative mindset, creative thinking, and leadership skills Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Working arrangements We offer flexible and remote working options, with hybrid work from our London or Leicester offices.
