About the role

Were looking for a hybrid Consulting Senior Manager / Director with expertise in growth consulting, loyalty and promotions to join our team in UK. Are you passionate about growth propositions and want to help clients innovate ways to drive demand, expand margins and unlock new revenue streams?

As a Consulting Director, you will play a vital role in shaping products of our customers that impact the lives of millions of people worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor on growth propositions at the intersection of loyalty programs, promotion strategies, membership experiences and subscription model
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (including data & analytics, experience design, digital product and delivery) to deliver technology focused transformation projects across a variety of areas
  • Equip account managers and sales teams with the knowledge, materials, advice and support required to enable you to pursue opportunities within clients and prospects
  • Assess client opportunities, generate & respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients and help to close / sign new deals
  • Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models and project team organization and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth of practice activities within our consumer industries portfolios

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge in one or more of loyalty / membership, pricing / promotions, subscription / recurring business models domains
  • Deep industry experience in trendsetting, digital & innovative technology focused across industry sectors (Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality)
  • Experience in a leadership positions, or the equivalent from a recognized consultancy practice
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
  • Willingness to lead people and help build a scaling practice
  • Proven ability to manage client consulting engagements and management of digital innovation transformation programs to completion
  • Sound business acumen, commercial and strategic skills, numeric fluency, negotiation skills and advocate for diversity
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (business proficiency in additional languages is also desirable but not required)
  • Ability to travel on an as needed basis
