£30k Base Salary + £70k OTE (Uncapped) Office Based - Leeds

Your Role:

  • Work exclusively with warm inbound leads (no cold calling!)
  • Guide clients through their transformation journey
  • Provide expert advice and deliver exceptional service at every step

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in consultative or luxury sectors (dental, beauty, wellness, etc.)
  • A confident communicator who builds rapport with ease
  • Passionate about helping clients achieve life-changing results
  • Organised, tech-savvy and proficient in CRM systems
  • A genuine interest in health, beauty or personal transformation
