We have an opportunity available for a Pay & Reward Manager to join our People Services team based at our head office in Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 7JB. Salary: £42,516 per annum. Hours: 39 per week Monday - Friday office based with option to work remotely for the majority.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Pay & Reward Manager to lead our Pay & Reward function which sits in the wider People Services Team. You will manage all aspects of the payroll, reward and pension functions, whilst maintaining iTrent, supporting and advising system users, resolving issues and providing people related management information. You will also provide direct management to the Pay & Reward Co-ordinator and Systems & Data Co-ordinator within the team.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding and experience of all aspects of payroll. For this role you will need to be a positive leader who can work independently. Strong organisational and time management skills are required as well as some previous office environment experience. You will need to be someone who is willing to lend a helping hand and constantly looking for ways to improve process. You will need to have patience, an understanding nature and active listening skills. You will be a person who consistently dreams big for and wants the best for Making Space’s future. You will need to be someone who is unafraid to take risks, try new approaches, and continuously seek improvement. Qualifications:
Candidates must have a CIPP Diploma in Payroll Management or equivalent level of demonstrated professional competence. You will also need an in-depth knowledge of payroll and pension provision and experience of producing payroll/people related management information reports. A previous senior payroll management position and experience using iTrent HR/Payroll MIS software would be an advantage.
