Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Bacup. You will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day care, development, and well-being of children and young people. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent and compassionate care, fostering a secure and supportive environment for young people.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.

- Participate in outdoor therapeutic activities aimed at promoting personal growth and healing.
- Contribute to care plans, risk assessments, and regular reviews for young people.

Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential; full training is provided at no cost to the employee.
- Previous experience in residential child care is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Training and Development:
- Participation in NVQ training is required, with full support provided.
- Ongoing professional development training will be offered, with an expectation to dedicate some personal time to study.
