Our client is a long-established contractor, renowned for working on large new build residential projects in and around Central London. The client is well respected, successful and financially strong.

Job Summary: Quantity Surveyor to oversee large new build residential project in Central London. Reporting into the Directors.

Role / Responsibilities

  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor on new build residential projects.
  • Managing the day-to-day work on site.
  • Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company's requirements and budgets.
  • The ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Working day to day along the production, design, pre-construction teams.
  • A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver on your deadlines.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

  • An industry applicable degree qualification.
  • Proven track record within a similar sector.

Individual:

  • Experience working on Residential New Build projects.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Previous UK Construction experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage an onsite commercial team.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Have strong commercial awareness.
  • Good IT knowledge.
