CS Construction Staffing are currently recruiting for an experienced Ganger/Groundworker with a 360 ticket (up to or over 10 tonnes) to work with a prestigious private house builder delivering high-spec homes across the Central Belt.
You will be working with an award-winning independent developer, known for delivering luxury villas with exceptional detail and quality. Their latest project is a bespoke development of only seven detached homes in the desirable village of Lenzie, featuring stunning modern design, high-end interiors, and a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Groundworker or Ganger in residential settings
- Valid 360 excavator ticket (under or over 10t accepted)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to travel across Central Scotland
- Someone who takes pride in their work and values quality workmanship
- Ability to manage small teams or take the lead when required
