About the Role
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based out of the Colchester office. You'll be responsible for the financial management of multiple fit-out and drylining packages, ensuring commercial success from pre-construction through to final account.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full QS duties including valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Managing commercial performance on multiple live projects
- Client liaison and subcontractor negotiation
- Supporting junior QS team members and reporting to the Commercial Director
- Working closely with delivery teams to maintain margin and mitigate risk
