Job Title: EYFS Teacher Location: Sleaford and surrounding areas Salary Range: £130 – £180 per day (Depending on Experience) Start: Immediate Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time Do you believe that the early years lay the foundation for a child’s lifelong success? GSL Education are recruiting an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a welcoming EYFS setting in Sleaford and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in a child’s first steps in education. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a nurturing and stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Create a warm, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and independence. Use a variety of learning strategies to support children’s development across all areas. Monitor and assess children’s progress, adapting planning accordingly. Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support each child’s growth. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification. Experience teaching in an EYFS setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and development milestones. A patient, creative, and caring approach to early education. A full and up-to-date CV covering the last ten years (with any gaps explained) and an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
