About the Role As a QA Lead Mammographer , you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of imaging quality across our static unit at the Jarvis Breast Centre and five mobile screening units , covering 19 locations across Surrey and North East Hampshire. You will: ✔ Lead on quality assurance (QA) protocols and processes to ensure high imaging standards ✔ Perform high-quality mammograms for breast cancer screening ✔ Support assessment clinics, including stereotactic biopsies ✔ Conduct quality control (QC) checks on mammography equipment, including stereotactic units and ultrasound machines ✔ Assist in training and developing Assistant Practitioners and Trainee Mammographers What You’ll Need ✅ BSc in Radiography or equivalent ✅ HCPC registration ✅ Certificate of Competence in Mammography ➕ Postgraduate qualification in Mammography (desirable) Join a team that’s making a real impact in women’s health and breast cancer detection .
