About the Role As the HR Manager, you\’ll play a key role in shaping the people strategy and providing expert HR guidance across the business. Your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and fostering a positive work culture. While primarily office-based in Banbury, this role may involve occasional travel to other sites.
