Responsibilities

• Trainee Recruitment Consultant position with promoting our specialist recruitment services to the construction industry
• Once up and running, this is an opportunity to progress into a Business Development Manager / Consultant role
• Taking detailed job specifications from clients
• Daily searching of the construction industry to find new opportunities
• Great internal support, being mentored, trained and managed by a senior team member
• Upkeep of our CRM system
• Joining a well-established, experienced and successful team who are considered market leaders
