Associate Director Market Research

Overview

Central London (Hybrid). This is a senior quant role with a consultancy that values independence, risk-taking and continuous innovation. You will be part of an incredibly strong team, working with existing and new clients across a range of sectors, ensuring your recommendations are listened to and implemented.

The role offers a large scope to make your mark, with projects that are often complex, bespoke and thought-provoking. Projects can be ad-hoc, tracking, or integrated with qualitative/behavioural economics and/or analytically challenging, with opportunities to work internationally for household-name brands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver work that is engaging, creative and insightful while remaining rigorous and robust.
• Collaborate with clients and the team to ensure recommendations are acted on and has measurable impact.
• Combine core quant expertise with creativity and storytelling to communicate insights effectively.
• Lead or contribute to a range of projects across the UK and international markets for large brands, spanning ad-hoc analyses, tracking studies and analyses that integrate qualitative/behavioural economics.
• Operate in a consultancy environment where projects are bespoke and thought-provoking.

Qualifications

• Quant researcher with self-belief and a track record of delivering value; capable of backing yourself and driving successful outcomes.
• Senior to mid-senior level experience.
• Experience working on diverse projects across sectors, including international assignments, with strong communication of insights to non-technical stakeholders.
