On behalf of our client, a growing B2B tech/SaaS business, we are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their expanding team based in Worcestershire. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Head of Marketing and offers the opportunity to be part of a pivotal stage of growth, as the business transitions its marketing function fully in-house.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for a well-rounded B2B marketing generalist with experience in the tech or SaaS space. You will drive lead generation, own end-to-end campaign delivery, manage day-to-day marketing operations, and mentor a marketing apprentice - all within a collaborative, commercially driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead campaign planning, delivery, optimisation, and performance reporting
- Drive demand and lead generation across digital and traditional channels
- Manage and support the development of a marketing apprentice
- Take ownership of marketing platforms including HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads
- Identify and implement automation and AI tools to enhance performance and efficiency
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing on strategic planning and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and senior leadership
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a broad B2B marketing role - tech/SaaS sector experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, campaign execution, and marketing operations
- Confident with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, and automation tools
- Able to think strategically while also delivering hands-on activity
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business and open to change
