As a Operations Manager you\’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-today running of the business with a very hands on approch. Key Responsibilities/Duties; • Lead and develop the internal operational team to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes • Manage a small number of outsourced activities and ensure timely project delivery • Oversee planning, production scheduling, maintenance, and routine tasks • Coordinate client requirements, visuals, quotations, and approval workflows • Support the creation of innovative, high-impact design solutions • Interpret material specifications and advise on best-use applications for graphics/signage • Prepare production packages including print and cut files, and job-specific documentation • Liaise with approved suppliers to source materials efficiently and cost-effectively • Manage elements of stock control, invoicing, credit, and financial processes • Collaborate on marketing activities including website updates, social media, and event support What We’re Looking For; • 2–4 years of proven experience in an Operations Manager role (essential) • Ideally from a graphics, signage, print, or design-based industry • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Hands-on understanding of production processes and materials used in design/graphics • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused mindset APPLY TODAY DIRECTLY OR CALL US ON (phone number removed)
