About the Role

This is a key role supporting the delivery of training and development across the organisation, ensuring smooth coordination of events, communications, and systems that help employees grow and thrive. You’ll be part of a dedicated team, working with internal colleagues, external partners, and training providers to deliver a professional and business-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of learning and development events, including logistics, communications, and system updates.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including diary management, correspondence, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and confidential filing systems in line with data protection policies.
  • Organise and support meetings and events, including preparing materials, minute-taking, and following up on actions.
  • Handle enquiries, manage communications, and deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development and delivery of corporate learning initiatives, including equality, diversity, and inclusion programmes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting events or training coordination.
  • Familiarity with using databases and managing correspondence.
  • Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and professional standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems.
  • Confidence managing diaries and coordinating logistics.
