An exciting opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic and organised HR Administrator to join a growing and forward-thinking professional services firm based in Farnham. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with previous HR administration experience/qualification who’s looking to further develop their HR career within a supportive and dynamic environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to promotions and leavers
- Managing the central HR inbox and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring HR systems are up to date and compliant
- Coordinating inductions and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

- Strong admin and organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and quick to learn new systems
