We are looking for a motivated and experienced Fabrication Production Supervisor to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our fabrication department while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabrication team members
- Monitor workflow and ensure production targets and deadlines are met
- Enforce health & safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and planning departments to optimize processes
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
- Maintain accurate production records and report on KPIs
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
