Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and regional Procurement teams to develop and execute global sourcing strategies
- Participate in the Global Category Team and maintain relationships with operational buying managers
- Provide market and financial insights, import best practices, and ensure knowledge management
- Engage with global engineering technology leads to develop and execute strategies and standardization protocols
- Develop, negotiate, and implement regional/global contracts and Service Level Agreements
- Optimize the supplier base according to category management strategies
- Drive the utilization of sourcing technologies, including e-sourcing and e-auction
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Sourcing and client’s standards
- Lead relationships with global suppliers to drive performance management, continuous quality, and cost improvement
- Develop supplier-enabled innovation
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 10+ years of global strategic sourcing and purchasing experience, preferably in capital investment or related supply services
- Engineering and Supply experience a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement / business management
- Proven track record in large-scale negotiations and contract management at a global level
