Are you an experienced Sales Executive, Account Manager or National Account Executive ready to manage and grow major retail accounts? This is your chance to join a fast-paced, dynamic sales team focused on driving growth and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of national FMCG accounts
- Develop trusted relationships with major customers to maintain and increase market share
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored sales solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and operations
- Use sales data and analytics to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and account reviews to Senior Management
- Ensure the correct products / services are delivered to customers on time
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless service
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with any complaints to maintain trust
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within FMCG (not essential)
- Strong skills in account management, relationship building, negotiation, and communication
- Conscientious self-starter with a strong commitment to team working and a passion for excellent customer service
- Experience of providing solutions based on customer needs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use sales data effectively
- Positive, proactive, and highly organised
- Full UK driving licence
