3 days per week in Head Office, with Mondays & Fridays either WFH or customer visits. £40,000pa basic, plus minimum 30% annual bonus, company car & more!

Are you an experienced Sales Executive, Account Manager or National Account Executive ready to manage and grow major retail accounts? This is your chance to join a fast-paced, dynamic sales team focused on driving growth and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of national FMCG accounts
  • Develop trusted relationships with major customers to maintain and increase market share
  • Identify customer needs and deliver tailored sales solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and operations
  • Use sales data and analytics to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and account reviews to Senior Management
  • Ensure the correct products / services are delivered to customers on time
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless service
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with any complaints to maintain trust

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within FMCG (not essential)
  • Strong skills in account management, relationship building, negotiation, and communication
  • Conscientious self-starter with a strong commitment to team working and a passion for excellent customer service
  • Experience of providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use sales data effectively
  • Positive, proactive, and highly organised
  • Full UK driving licence
