The Collezione consists of the group's top thirty luxury five- and four-star hotels, located in the heart of New York, Paris, London, Milan, Florence, Vicenza, Saturnia, Rome, Trieste, and Venice. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Cluster Head Housekeeper to join our Cluster in London. Main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Organise weekly rota based on business needs and liaise with all staff in the building, ensuring all tasks and duties are timely and correctly assigned to staff members.
- Ensure that all staff are also smart in their personal appearance and that all issued uniforms are regularly cleaned in order to keep a smart appearance to contribute to the professional image of the Cluster properties.
- Operate as an effective mentor and act upon any deficiencies, ensuring an efficient, professional, and happy work environment for everyone at all times.
- Use your own initiative and work as part of a team, prioritising workloads during busy times and delegating workloads appropriately.
- Ensure any specific guest requests are dealt with accordingly.
- Liaise with all departments throughout the day and deal with any issues as they arise, and attend any interdepartmental relevant meetings as required.
- Communicate effectively with our maintenance team to report any works that require attention.
- Maintain guests' confidentiality at all times.
The ideal candidate:
- Has at least 2 years experience as Head Housekeeper, preferably within 4/5* luxury hotels or similar environments.
- Leads by example by adopting a positive attitude and effectively handling guests and staff queries or challenges in a professional manner.
- Ensures all operating procedures are followed as per company standards.
