About the Opportunity:

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Assisting with property inspections, reports, and transactions
- Supporting lease negotiations, rental assessments, and asset reviews
- Contributing to investment appraisals and planned disposals
- Preparing documents, data and summaries for client presentations
- Visiting properties across the UK to support ongoing project work
- Working alongside experienced consultants and learning on the job
What We're Looking For:
- A degree or background in real estate, surveying, or property management
- Keen interest in pursuing a recognised qualification or accreditation (training provided)
- Strong communication and written skills
- Competent IT user with the ability to produce professional reports
- UK driving licence and flexibility to travel for site visits
- Ideally based within commuting distance of Central Birmingham
