About the Opportunity:

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Assisting with property inspections, reports, and transactions

  • Preparing documents, data and summaries for client presentations
  • Visiting properties across the UK to support ongoing project work
  • Working alongside experienced consultants and learning on the job

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree or background in real estate, surveying, or property management
  • Keen interest in pursuing a recognised qualification or accreditation (training provided)
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Competent IT user with the ability to produce professional reports
  • UK driving licence and flexibility to travel for site visits
  • Ideally based within commuting distance of Central Birmingham
