What you'll be doing:
- Providing proactive administrative and coordination support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to training, changes, and leavers
- Acting as the first point of contact for all onboarding queries as well as responding to employee queries by telephone and email
- Supporting the safeguarding agenda by ensuring all safer recruitment procedures are followed, including the timely completion of DBS checks, employment references and right to work checks
- Attending and taking notes in meetings such as disciplinaries, grievances, and absence reviews as required
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records across all HR and onboarding systems (Cascade, Webonboarding, Navitas, etc.)
- Issuing offer letters, contracts, and new starter paperwork and processing all employee changes
- Supporting the recruitment process by coordinating adverts, shortlisting, interviews, and collating recruitment paperwork
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in an HR administration role
- Experience of safer recruitment processes, including DBS, right to work and reference checks
- Confidence in using HR systems
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the business
- Strong attention to detail
- Discrete and professional with a clear understanding of data protection and confidentiality
- Experience of dealing with employee queries in a helpful and professional manner
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary £25K - £27K per annum plus bonus

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
