We’re looking for an experienced, commercially sharp Account Director/Senior Manager to join a fast-growing creative consultancy that helps global brands unlock their creative potential. You’ll be part of a dynamic, strategic team that partners with some of the world’s best-known brands — working closely with senior marketers to build long-term relationships and help embed creativity as a business advantage.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a creative agency or consultancy background who understands the creative process, cares deeply about creative effectiveness, and has the commercial maturity to nurture clients and grow key accounts. Although not a business development role, you need to be used to working to targets when it comes to upselling clients.
What you’ll do:
- Build and develop trusted relationships with senior marketing clients
- Help clients shape and deliver creative transformation programmes
- Support on strategic account planning, growth forecasting and delivery
- Work cross-functionally with delivery, strategy, and content leads to ensure projects are aligned with client needs and have real impact
- Contribute to thought leadership, new business and partnership development as needed
What we’re looking for:
- A strategic operator who understands how creativity works inside large brands
- Strong commercial instincts — you know how to grow accounts and build long-term value
- Excellent relationship-builder, confident navigating C-suite conversations
- Experience in or around creative agencies, marketing consultancies, or brand-side creative leadership
- Comfortable with data, reporting, and supporting performance evaluation
- Someone who thrives in a growing team and fast-paced environment
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years in account development, brand strategy, or creative consultancy
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders — from strategy to delivery
- A genuine passion for creativity and a belief in its value to business
- Immediate availability is preferred
This is a hybrid role, with three days a week in a Central London office and the rest flexible. You’ll join a passionate, collaborative team that’s shaping how creativity delivers commercial impact.
Please note this role is a lower base salary of £45k but with the potential to earn up to £90k across the year in bonus related to project delivery.
