Hourly Rate: £13.26 - £17.96. The advertised hourly rate includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and/or working conditions of the role. A market supplement is currently being applied to all night and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts, uplifting your hourly rate in these periods to between approx. £17.68 - £17.96. This will replace any previous market supplements and will apply to both your contracted hours and to any additional hours worked within the applicable time periods.

Contract Type: Permanent

Available Hours: 1 x 32 hours per week. Shift patterns are based on a 2 week rota and can be discussed at interview. Shifts may include earlies, evenings, weekends, sleeps and Bank Holidays.

As a Community Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant) you will get the opportunity to know people individually and support their wellbeing through physical and emotional care. You may also assist with medication, providing personal care, and encouraging our people to achieve or maintain independence. Supported Living empowers vulnerable adults, including people with learning disabilities or complex care needs, to access the personalised support they need to live independently in their own homes in the community. Staff work with individuals to build life skills and are led by the individuals’ interests and priorities.
