The role
Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with our customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and sharing their product and brand knowledge.
You will interact with customers daily, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
What to expect from the role
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value
- Build relationships by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual customer needs
- Confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experience
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data
- Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and proper storage
- Maintain high store standards through merchandising and environment upkeep
- Handle transactions at the till, including returns and exchanges
