Partnership Manager – Lumon Pay

About the Role: As a Partnership Manager at Lumon Pay, you’ll be at the forefront of our strategy for growth, working closely with our established partners and new prospects to increase revenue, drive referrals, and deliver exceptional service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build on your real estate experience while transitioning into a more business-focused, partnership-driven environment.

Reporting to the Regional Partnerships Manager, you will manage relationships with key partners, driving new business opportunities and ensuring the success of our mutual clients. You’ll collaborate with professionals from various sectors, helping our partners grow and ensuring that Lumon Pay delivers the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase partner referrals: Develop strategies to increase the volume and quality of referrals per partner, driving revenue growth.
  • Train and support partners: Provide training and guidance to partners to improve their referral processes and help them achieve their business goals.
  • Achieve revenue targets: Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets through effective partner collaboration.
  • Ensure smooth referral processes: Work with internal teams to ensure that referrals are successfully processed and converted into business.
  • Embody Lumon’s values: Consistently demonstrate Lumon’s core values in all aspects of your work and interactions.

  • Fluent in English and French: As this is a client-facing role, a high level of spoken and written English and French is essential.
