We are currently looking for a Labourer to join our refurbishment and planned works business based in Maidstone servicing the South East. You will provide essential support, making deliveries and collections to the site while supporting tradespersons with rip outs and clean up.

The Labourer role:
- Driving a long wheel based van, making collections, deliveries & general site-based housekeeping duties, e.g., supporting tradespersons with kitchen and bathroom rips outs, removing rubble off site.
- The ability to successfully use initiative and work to complete job targets, considering health and safety and a quality finish.
- Your, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and the relevant documentation is completed at all stages.
What will you bring as Labourer?
- Previous experience of working as a Labourer or general operative in a similar trade-based environment.
- The ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of customer-based environments (e.g., people's homes and within communal/public areas).
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Labourer role.
