Bartender – The Potter\’s Heron, Ampfield

Starting in March, we are looking for passionate and vibrant individuals to join our team as Bartender for the new opening at The Potter\’s Heron.

Following twenty years of independent ownership, this beautiful thatched roof hotel and dining space has been acquired by the Heartwood Collection. The Potters Heron will undergo an extensive multi-million-pound refurbishment to become a warm and elegant 56-room inn with a 200-capacity restaurant dining space.

Recruitment open days and interviews will be held at the Hilt, Hiltingbury Community Centre, Chandler\’s Ford UK on Wednesday 24th February and Thursday 25th February, 10 am–4:30 pm. Interviews are at the Hilt, not the hotel, as it is not open yet.

• You’re flexible, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent service
• You must be over the age of 18 to serve alcohol and have a flair for drinks
