The role involves advising on tax issues related to property investment, development, finance, and funds work. The team specializes in providing clear and strategic advice on direct and indirect taxes, including Stamp Duty Land Tax, VAT, and business rates. Clients include institutions, private investors, developers, and entrepreneurs in the UK and internationally.

The successful candidate will be an NQ – 2 PQE UK-qualified Solicitor. September 2023 qualifiers will also be considered . Candidates should have experience from a top-tier practice, either in the city or a leading regional firm.
