Oversee, and where necessary lead, DCM transactions covering i) private warehouse, ii) public securitisations, iii) forward flow and iv) portfolio sales. Particular focus will be to support the new lending opportunities by managing and developing financing opportunities and relationships. Furthermore, the role requires the management and delivery of improved efficiencies and strengthening the risk / control framework.
