We are looking for a skilled Static Electrician to join our team on a prestigious government facilities contract. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package. As part of our on-site maintenance team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems across a high-profile estate. What You’ll Do Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and plant in line with schedules and CAFM requirements. Respond to reactive maintenance tasks, promptly identifying and resolving issues. Diagnose and repair plant faults and defects to maintain operational efficiency. Manage stock levels and provide parts lists and timescales for remedial works. Complete and submit maintenance documentation in a timely manner. Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments to ensure safe working practices. Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, and client representatives. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including PPE and uniform policies. Oversee subcontractor activities and update the CAFM system with accurate PPM/reactive work data. Operate within the Permit to Work System and provide engineering support during emergencies. Achieve and maintain relevant Technical Appointments (LVCP/LVAP/HVAP) as required. Ensure all maintenance, testing, and inspections comply with BS7671 standards. Desirable: * IPAF Certification. * PLASMA Qualification
