Commercial Gas Engineer - 4363

We\’re looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established mechanical services company with a solid reputation and long-term contracts. You\’ll be based in Bournemouth, handling a mix of commercial sites including schools, care homes, office buildings, and warehouses.

This isn\’t one of those roles where you\’re constantly chasing parts or being micromanaged. You\’ll be trusted to work independently across client sites, with solid support when needed and all the kit provided.

What You\’ll Actually Be Doing

• Servicing and maintaining commercial heating and plant-room systems

• Fault-finding and repairing boilers, gas appliances, and controls

• Carrying out inspections and safety checks

• Completing digital service reports and timesheets

• Working across a range of sectors — education, healthcare, commercial

What You\’ll Need

• ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 or equivalent)

• Minimum of 3 years\’ experience in commercial gas servicing

• Good understanding of boilers, plant-rooms, and diagnostics

• Full UK driving licence

• Comfortable working solo across varied sites

• Some electrical knowledge is handy, but not essential
