Your main responsibilities:
- Step into a high-impact role where you’ll shape standout digital experiences, from sleek websites to smart platform integrations, that push boundaries and deliver real results for ambitious clients.
- You’ll lead the conversation from day one, running dynamic client sessions, uncovering what really drives their business, and crafting tailored digital roadmaps that supercharge growth across marketing, sales, and operations.
- This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic consulting, innovative solution design, and delivery oversight. You'll also coach internal teams and play a key role in shaping proposals and winning new business.
- Be more than a digital expert, be a voice in the industry. Represent the brand through podcasts, speaking slots, webinars, and events that get people talking.
What experience do you need?
- While this isn’t a hands-on coding role, a background in development will go a long way, you’ll need to speak tech fluently and hold your own in strategic conversations with both clients and delivery teams.
- Experience working across multiple cloud platforms? Even better. Your versatility will add serious value.
- A solid foundation in digital, whether that’s in agencies, platforms, or product environments, will set you apart.
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM is a must. You’ll be expected to navigate it with ease and use it to drive smarter solutions.
- You’ll be client-facing and centre stage, so natural presence, credibility, and confidence is non-negotiable.
- Ideally you will come from a digital agency / marketing agency background or from a consulting background where you have worked with technology driven marketing solutions.
