About the Role

As Nightclub Operations Manager, you’ll be the on-the-ground leader responsible for delivering seamless, safe, and unforgettable club nights. From managing live operations and energising your team to ensuring top-tier customer experiences, you’ll be at the helm of a venue that’s as culturally significant as it is commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nightly club operations, including bar service, security, and crowd control.
  • Lead and motivate a team of front-line staff, ensuring effective communication and top-class service throughout the night.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest feedback, ensuring safety, satisfaction, and service excellence.
  • Deliver pre- and post-shift briefings, support onboarding and training, and maintain high operational standards across the board.
  • Take ownership of one of three key areas:
  • Events: Work with the in-house events team to plan and deliver high-impact, high-volume event nights.
  • Bars: Drive performance across multiple bars, manage inventory and compliance, and lead team training.
  • Operations: Own logistics, rota planning, maintenance, and coordination to keep things running like clockwork.
