To Β£45,000 West-End based, very short walk from the tube station Amazing benefits including 10% pension and free meals Facilities Assistant Key Responsibilities include: To be a first point of contact on all facilities related requests within the London office Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained Operation of the Building Management System Conducting office moves and changes ensuring all offices are set-up and prepared as required Ensure all stationery areas are stocked and always maintained Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services for the office Take a lead to ensure all Health & Safety signage and information is up to date Facilities Assistant Key Skills & Requirements: 8+ yearsβ experience in a facilities role (ideally law firm) Ability to manage own workload Excellent interpersonal skills Education to GSCE level (A β C in Maths and English or equivalent)
