Legal Director (Real Estate) - 12 month FTC

My client, an exciting Real Estate business, is searching for a Legal Director to join their legal team. You will be responsible for providing advice on real estate, corporate, and general commercial matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Drafting and negotiating property documents such as long leases, joint venture agreements, certificates of title, sale and purchase agreements, and development agreements. Supporting the Head of Legal on transactions such as real estate development financing and planning agreements. Managing direct reports and external counsel.
