About the Role

Keyman Recruitment is currently hiring Mechanical Engineers / Commercial Plumbers on behalf of a leading FM & Building Services contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded business that has been delivering high-quality mechanical installation and maintenance services across London and the Home Counties for over 13 years.

You’ll be working across plant rooms, carrying out both reactive maintenance and small installation works in commercial buildings such as offices, education, and public buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across plant room systems
  • Conduct small mechanical installation works where required
  • Work on a variety of commercial mechanical systems including:
  • Pumps, pipework, valves, motors, cylinders
  • LTHW/CHW systems, hot & cold-water services
  • Liaise with clients on-site, provide technical support and reporting
  • Participate in a 1 in 12 call-out rota
  • Requirements:

    • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
    • Proven experience in a mobile or site-based commercial maintenance role
    • Knowledge of plant room systems and mechanical fault finding
    • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
    • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
