We are a global leader in packaging technology supplying our solutions to blue chip customers all over the world. We now have a requirement for a Service Co Ordinator to join our growing Service Team and add capacity, drive efficiency, and optimise how we deliver service across the business.
You’ll enjoy working with both engineers and customers, understand how to manage competing priorities and thrive in a business that is evolving and adopting digital tools to improve performance and customer service. The role will involve responding to customer enquiries, triaging and prioritising each request, gathering key technical information to assess urgency and scope and ensuring the appropriate response as well as managing and optimising engineer diaries.
