The predicted salary is between 16200 - 21600 £ per year.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our successful team at our Volkswagen Dealership in Worcester. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 as well as working Saturdays on a rota basis. Basic salary of up to £27,000 with OTE up to £37,000 plus benefits.
When customers bring their vehicles into one of our dealerships for service, MOT or repair, their first point of contact is one of our highly trained Service Advisors. We require driven and motivated individuals who are looking for a role with on-going training and progression. This is a genuine learn the business role and a great opportunity for anyone wanting to have a career in the motor trade.
Working as part of a team your duties will include:
- Booking in vehicles
- Greeting customers
- Informing them of progress
- Up selling
- Liaising with the workshop and other internal departments
