Backed by a family office and private investors, we are pursuing a new value-add strategy to acquire residential property in Prime Central London, typically £2–10m lot sizes. Our strategy is simple: flip or enhance, build a quality portfolio, and sell opportunistically. Your job is to find and deliver great deals. What you’ll do Build and manage deep relationships with agents, receivers, and deal sources Source both on- and off-market London residential opportunities Appraise deals from scratch Run due diligence and coordinate acquisition teams Oversee project delivery and consultants post-acquisition Work closely with the founders to shape investment strategy Build out a team as the platform scales What you bring 5–10 years\’ experience in resi property investment, development or asset management Strong local market knowledge and agent network Confident with numbers, people, and managing moving parts Highly hands-on and self-driven — you make things happen Background in a propco, developer or family office preferred Significant financial backing and ready to deploy You’ll lead deals, not sit on the sidelines Clear path to building your own team Direct upside for impact — bonus + potential profit share #J-18808-Ljbffr
