We’re looking for a motivated Cargo Warehouse Supervisor to join our expanding Cargo team and play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of cargo through our warehouse facilities. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations, manage cargo operatives, and ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operation that meets daily business demands.
- Ensure operational performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
- Oversee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including but not limited to:
- Inventory Control: Manage and oversee warehouse inventory systems.
- Customs Compliance: Supervise Customs procedures, documentation, and related systems.
- Cargo Movement Messaging: Ensure formal cargo data and movement messages are handled appropriately.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in warehouse or cargo operations, ideally in aviation or logistics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
