Small Animal Vet – Brand-New, Independent Veterinary Practice East London Area | salary of up to £70,000 per annum | No OOH | Modern Equipment | Career Progression We’re working with an exciting brand-new, independent small animal practice in the East London area, seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their team and play a key role in shaping the clinic’s future. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident vet with at least 3 years’ experience who’s ready to step into a supportive, forward-thinking environment with room to grow and innovate. What You’ll Be Doing: – Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care with full clinical freedom – Provide compassionate consultations and clear communication with pet owners – Contribute to maintaining and improving best-practice protocols and procedures – Take responsibility for professional and regulatory compliance within the practice – Collaborate with the wider team to help grow the practice and support its vision Clinic Features: This stunning, newly built practice has been thoughtfully designed for efficiency and low-stress handling, equipped with: Digital X-ray & dental X-ray, In-house lab, Ultrasound, Modern anaesthesia & monitoring equipment The Offer: – Salary up to £70,000 (dependent on experience) – 40 hours per week (part-time also considered) – No out-of-hours, no Sundays – Some Saturdays may be required – flexible and to be agreed – Beautiful working environment – CPD encouraged and supported – Supportive, ambitious team open to innovation and professional input – Access to AI-powered tools to help reduce admin time and improve workflow What We’re Looking For: – MRCVS with a minimum of 3 years’ small animal experience – Confident in both medicine and routine surgery – Strong communication and client care skills – A proactive, team-focused mindset – Leadership qualities or interest in stepping into a more senior role – Able to start ASAP / early summer 2025 Interested in learning more?
