Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic gas engineer to cover the Tiverton, Crediton, Cullompton, and Bradninch areas carrying out servicing and repairs within domestic social housing properties on the Mid Devon Housing contract. Duties: * Annual Gas Safety Checks (LGSR) * Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems. * Ensuring a high level of customer care is met on a day-to-day basis. * Following all Health & Safety requirements and legislation including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records Requirements: * Gas qualifications held for a minimum of 2 years. * Experience in servicing boilers and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills. * In-date ACS qualifications including CKR1 & HTR1 * Full UK Driving Licence * No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment) Salary & Package: * 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday * Overtime paid at time and a half door to door * Additional overtime and weekend work available at enhanced rates * Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided. * Salary:£40,000 per annum * Monthly bonus up to £200.00 * Out of hours call out rota 1 week in 4 paid at £600.00 for the week guaranteeing …
