SENIOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE FARNBOROUGH AIRPORT – Full Time We are seeking a proactive, dedicated and detail Senior Accounts Payable to join our growing team, based at the private terminal of Farnborough Airport. This role will report directly in to the Finance Manager. A successful candidate will have previous working experience working in accounts payable and able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and be a team player. This is an exciting time to join our Business as we embark on ambitious growth plans, meaning you would play an integral part in executing this plan. The duties of this role will include, but are not limited to: Managing the Accounts department inbox for multiple entities Posting invoices, credit card transactions & expenses Managing the payment run process including ad hoc payments Assisting sales team with monthly client disbursement queries Completing daily bank reconciliations Developing relationships with key stakeholders Support the team in other duties as required We’re looking for: Attention to detail Excellent communicator Ability to prioritise effectively Well organised and pro-active Trustworthy & reliable Technical skills Excel skills – intermediate (Pivots, lookups) Access Dimension experience (desirable) Why VOLUXIS?
