Job Vacancy: Roof Drainage Operatives 📍 Location: Deeside 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time – 11 hours per day – 3 shift patterns available 💷 Salary: Competitive, based on experience + overtime + benefits 📅 Start Date: Immediate starts available About the Role We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Roof Drainage Operatives to start on a prestigious project near Deeside. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that plays a vital part in ensuring safe and effective drainage systems. You\’ll be working at height, often as part of a small team, carrying out drainage installation, maintenance, and repair work. Key Responsibilities Installing, inspecting, and maintaining roof drainage systems (guttering, downpipes, drainage channels, etc.) Clearing blockages and debris from existing systems Identifying leaks or drainage issues and performing repairs Working at height safely using appropriate access equipment (MEWPs, scaffolding, ladders) Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations and site standards Recording job details and reporting issues to supervisors or clients Requirements ✅ Previous experience in roofing, drainage, or similar trade preferred ✅ Comfortable working at height and in outdoor conditions ✅ Good physical fitness and manual dexterity ✅ CSCS card and/or relevant health & safety training desirable ✅ Full UK driving licence (preferred) What We Offer Competitive rates of pay and overtime Ongoing training and development opportunities All PPE and tools provided Supportive team environment How to Apply If you\’re hard-working, safety-conscious, and ready to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
