Duties Setting Out Organisation of labour and materials H&S Program management and reporting Client Management Quality Assurance REQUIREMENTS Candidates must come from a carpentry background with knowledge in Fire doors and have a proven background in project management and package delivery. There are openings for both Project & Site Managers in Manchester and Leeds. Qualifications: NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or Gold Supervisor Card Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions Ability to manage budgets, financial resources, and cost control measures Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills REWARDS AND BENEFITS Our client offers employee stability through permanent, long-term employment and a stable working environment.
